Norman is the epitome of a Mid Century Modern family home in the Midwest. Norman was built in 1957 and unfortunately suffered some terrible remodels in the 80's. Luckily, in 2022, its current owner spent 16 months gut-rehabbing the home. During that time it was brought back to its original glory and even better. The home is a MCM tri-level with a multitude of interesting, period correct architectural features. Some of those include an original pitched flat roof design with a gorgeous "3 hole punch" supported by a hairpin V post (see photos). Multiple interior and exterior water features.
