About the Space

Our bar was founded in 1973 as Factory Shoals Marina. We still have steel beam supporting the covered porch area where you can see the old name painted. As a premier access point to Lake Jackson, one of the oldest reservoirs in the state of Georgia, our marina has come to be known for its restaurant/bar, live entertainment, gas, storage, and campground. We can provide: -15 Wet Docks -10 Dry Boat Storage Areas -7+acres on Lake Jackson -Wood Area -Indoor/Outdoor Bars -Large Covered Outdoor Area -Large Porch -Outdoor Band Stage -Full Kitchen -Wood Campground for RV's -10-14 RV plug in locations -Outdoor Band Stage -Boat Ramp to Lake -Access to Shoals -Rustic Feel -We are proud to provide service to Lake Jackson and the surrounding areas.
