About the Space

This is an abandoned 8500 sq ft Victorian mansion located in Farmville Virginia. It is fairly well known in the abandoned and URBEX photography world having been featured by many prominent photographers including Bryan Sansivero and Karen Jerzyk. It has been used for both professional music video and movie filming. The mansion is also located directly adjacent to a championship golf course, but is completely separate from it. Cottages are available for rent next to the property. The mansion does not have electricity or running water.

    This was an incredible experience! Heather & Co were so accommodating and made sure to fully brief my team on safety and precautions, as it is an abandoned property. The photos are beautiful on here but they really do not do it justice, it’s something you should see for yourself! It’s a wonderful piece of history and I would book here again.
