If you are looking for a professional, clean studio in middle of Manhattan at affordable prices, you may have found the right spot. Our 800 sqft studio in Midtown could be perfect for your next photo or video shoot. The studio is filled with direct sunlight, comes with lighting equipment included in the price and a wide choice of seamless backgrounds! This is Studio A, on the 20th floor at 580 8th Ave. NATURAL LIGHT: Studio has large windows facing South - so you get a lot of daylight as the sun moves through the sky throughout the afternoon. If you are looking for sunrays, the best time is from 10am onwards. FURNITURE: There's a green chase and two brown faux-leather chairs available for your photoshoot with no additional cost! EQUIPMENT: Comes with all the standard equipment and fixtures you need to have an amazing production with your crew, including one Flashpoint Rapid 400 strobe (a strobe, not a continuous/video light) with softbox, and transmitter for Nikon, Canon and Sony. See the complete list below! BACKDROP: We offer 6 stocked seamless paper colors (Black, Super White, Stone Grey, Thunder Grey, Bone, Cocoa) and charge $30.00 per seamless pull. Need another color? Let us know 72 hrs in advance, and we will stock it for you for $110. ADD-ONS: See the add-ons menu for our full equipment rental lineup - seamless backdrop pulls, video lights, audio kits, camera kits, Profoto strobes, and setup assistance. ON-SITE HELP: You will be greeted by our studio coordinator when you arrive. Backdrop setup assistance is available as an add-on ($25 per backdrop). **PLEASE NOTE** - To keep the studio affordable for our clients, we don't charge a standard cleaning fee. So, please upkeep the space and leave it in the way it was presented. If the space is left unclean or disorganized, we will need to charge you a cleaning fee of $35. - Please cut dirty paper and put things back where you saw them. Bring trash out to the larger bins in the hallway. - The building does not have a doorman on Saturdays, Sundays and weekdays after 6pm. During those days/hours you will be responsible for physically letting in members of your team as they arrive. - Building entry: look up "Centra Studios" on the door panel - there are no buzzer numbers. - The freight elevator is available weekdays 8 AM - 6 PM only. - Please note: security cameras are in use in the studio. - We're in Midtown Manhattan - there's no easy parking. Street parking is occasionally available and parking garages are nearby.
