Located in a beautiful, quiet, and quaint location surrounded by mountains, griffith park, and the LA river, our home is a dreamy escape in the heart of Burbank right next to Warner Bros Studios. On a wide street, we have views of Forest Lawn, orange trees, and mountain scapes. We have a long driveaway, a beautiful inviting porch hidden behind a row of olive trees. A 1939 built home with good bones, that has been newly renovated on the inside and in the backyard. Custom kitchens, closets, bathroom, and mud room. Bright light that sways in throughout the day. French doors. Pure bliss. A quaint, small property with a huge lot. We have a big front yard and a huge backyard that feels like a Palm Springs oasis. It features a new outdoor shower, fire pit, concrete steps, tropical trees, pebbles, and DG. You are instantly transported to a mix of a European vacation and desert bliss in this backyard. A large pool from the seventies, a custom plywood back office with sliding glass doors, custom awnings, and beautiful vintage and modern touches throughout. This location is versatile, lovely, and full of good energy. We can't wait for you to experience the magic of this space –– it's full of so much love and warmth!
