Overlooks Hurricane Gulch in San Pedro with bright open spaces and spectacular 180 views of Cabrillo beach, LA Harbor and Vincent Thomas Bridge. Original 40s house was remodeled with additional 2nd floor added. Modern fusion asian-french architecture exudes joie de vivre, world cuisines, lovely wines, music and spirited conversations. This house has great vibes and flair! Wonderful location for weddings/special events with large outdoor deck that can accommodate several round tables, catering areas, with integrated music/speakers and entertainment spaces throughout the house and outdoors.

Finding beautiful homes is easy. Finding beautiful people, not so much. Fortunately for us we hit the jackpot. Stephanie, was warm, kind and generous and did everything necessary to make sure myslef and our guest felt welcomed in her beautiful home. Truly blessed to have found her listing.
