About the Space

Perfect for photo shoots or small film shoots, our home was built in 1895 and lovingly restored in 2004. It's a beautiful, naturally lit space with high ceilings, eclectic furniture and unique art objects. The house features a spacious open kitchen with stained glass windows, a large dining room table that can seat 8-10 people, and a huge, very private magical garden in back. It has central air and heat. The electricity and plumbing were both modernized in the remodel. Our house was recently featured in the film "C’Mon C’Mon", directed by Mike Mills and featuring Joaquin Phoenix.
