A lush garden oasis plus a 1,000 sq ft indoor event hall on a 4,500 sq ft property — minutes from SoFi Stadium, the Forum, and LAX. Host up to 60 guests indoors and out. THE GARDEN A magical outdoor setting with a large dance floor under a sunshade, a huge sycamore tree, fruit trees, flowers, and plenty of shaded seating — plus a deck area for lounging or dining. THE INDOOR HALL A bright 1,000 sq ft open room with dark wood floors, tons of natural light, a powerful 3-ton mini-split A/C, ceiling fans, fully adjustable smart lights, and 15" PA speakers with rich bass. ALSO INCLUDED: Kitchen area and a large bathroom. Both spaces share the front entrance. PERFECT FOR: garden parties, receptions, engagements, workshops, retreats, film & photo shoots, and gatherings of up to 60. Ask about discounts for regular bookings.
