The house has a very open front and back view--the front faces a beautiful courtyard with a playground; the back faces green woods with no neighbors. The entire villa is professionally designed and furnished. The fully equipped chef's kitchen features high-end refrigerator, double oven range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking ware, dining ware. A huge (20x20 feet) Star Wars game room on the first floor is loaded with arcade game machines, a 70-inch TV, pool table, foosball table, and a seating area. You have a Private Pool/Spa. Right next to it is your Covered Porch with a patio dining set for 6, outdoor Sectional Sofa, and Pool Loungers, A loft on 2nd floor features a 70-inch TV and a seating area. The house features 9 bedrooms including 4 themed rooms (Race Cars, Star Wars, Frozen and Mickey Mouse) and 5 full bath. This space is great for all events from baby showers, retreat , film production to night events.
