Our space is a canvas for a variety of activities, from TV and film shoots to authentic clothing store scenes and beyond. ***IMPORTANT PLEASE READ*** Preferred Booking Dates & Rates: Wednesdays and Sundays: our most flexible days, at our displayed base rate. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, from 6pm to midnight is also available at the displayed base rate. For times outside of the times above and/or full block out days outside Wednesdays and Sundays, an extra fee grants exclusive access ($350 per hour). Dive into the fashion world with a tailoring stage, two fitting rooms, and two restrooms at your service. On the other side, our e-commerce and office area awaits. Here, you'll discover a captivating built-in photoshoot wall, perfect for smaller photoshoots. It's a versatile space where your creativity can flourish, whether for productive office scenes or innovative shoots. History & Modernity: Our flagship store, established in 2022, embodies modern sophistication. Created from the ground up, it boasts high ceilings and boutique elegance, a gem in the cityscape. Logistics & Flexibility: Flexibility is our strength. We tailor our schedule to yours, accommodating various bookings, from the entire space to more intimate arrangements. Clothing within the retail store adds authenticity to your scenes. It's ready to be part of the backdrop. If you plan to have your talent wear our clothing during the shoot, kindly chat with us beforehand. There's an extra fee to cover any wear and tear. For more substantial changes to the store's layout, such as the complete removal of the clothing, we're more than happy to accommodate your vision. Pre-discussions will be essential to determine the specifics of these arrangements and any associated fees.
