Video available through chat. Insurance Requirements To help protect both guests and the property, certain bookings may require proof of insurance before the reservation is confirmed. Depending on the nature of your event, we may require: A Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the property owner as an Additional Insured. Commercial General Liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Coverage for all vendors working on the property (caterers, bartenders, DJs, photographers, videographers, rental companies, florists, etc.). Workers' Compensation insurance for vendors with employees, where required by law. Automobile liability insurance for vendors bringing commercial vehicles onto the property. Events Serving Alcohol If alcohol will be served, one of the following may be required: A licensed and insured bartending service with Liquor Liability Insurance. Special Event Liquor Liability Insurance purchased by the renter if a licensed bartender is not providing coverage. Productions Commercial film, television, advertising, and large-scale productions must carry production liability insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance before arrival. Additional Insured If requested, the Certificate of Insurance must list the property owner as an Additional Insured. The required legal name and address will be provided after booking. Timing Insurance documentation must be submitted at least 72 hours before the booking unless otherwise agreed. Failure to provide required insurance documentation may result in cancellation of the reservation.
