About the Space

Hello, our location is a retail space/Humidor/cigar lounge/VIP speakeasy We are a unique space situated inside a slightly low key 1948 Quonset hut. Front shop is a working 400 sq ft retail space with walk in Cigar humidor and small seating area complete with 100 yr old marble 5 chair shoe shine set up. Connected to that is a 625 sq ft lounge with a mix of lounge chairs and sofas and 3 barber chairs and flat Screen TV with seating for 25 people. Connected to that is our private VIP speakeasy space. A similar lounge space of approx 700 sq ft that can accommodate approx 25 ppl. a large dining table that seats 10 people, a fire place, sofas, large easy chairs, flat screen TV. One large wall features 17 large mounted animal hunting trophies. This space is best suited for TV/movie production (Unique indoor space) or for private party/smaller wedding party style events. We have hosted 50 people here for dinner (Outside under Marquee tent) and had approximately 50 -60 people indoors for part event. We have a permanent outdoor 600 sq ft Marquee Tent good for storage or event with a small adjoining ante room (225 sq ft) that could be useful as a make up or Green room space.
