About the Space
We are located in the beautiful neighborhood of Hollywood Riviera in Redondo Beach/Torrance area. Our home was fully remodeled in 2018, in a style we like to call Coastal Farmhouse. We have amazing views facing north, and have views of the ocean, beach, mountains, downtown, hollywood hills, hollywood sign (with a telescope!). We are only 7 minutes walking to Torrance beach and 10 minutes walking to the Riviera Village. We have a gas fireplace in the front yard, which amazing views. In the backyard we have a modern pool & spa, another fireplace, BBQ area, sitting area, and guest house. The main house has a wonderful open floor plan, with two living areas, an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
