Great for small or large productions, meetings, photo & video shoots. We do not host weddings, parties, receptions, or social events. The amazing outdoor areas include 2 covered porches, fire pit, playground, fields, tall woods, trails and pond area. The house is traditional with modern touches. Has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 5400 SF. There are 20 foot ceilings in main living area, 2 fireplaces, 2 offices, and large kitchen with double oven. The theater lounge is perfect for screenings with huge projector area, kitchenette and sectional for comfortable viewing. Located 25 minutes from downtown Nashville.
