Elegant Loft in the Heart of the Marais – 3.3m High Ceilings Located in a 18th-century building, this unique loft blends the charm of the old with an eclectic decor inspired by classic “château” interiors, with a boudoir touch. With its original beams, generous space (3.3m high ceilings), and warm, intimate atmosphere, it’s a characterful location perfect for photo shoots, interviews, intimate filming, or creative projects Additional important information to know: The loft offers a strong visual identity thanks to its maximalist decor, characterful objects, and many detailed elements, allowing for a wide variety of shooting angles and creative possibilities. The photos in the listing are fully accurate and faithfully represent the actual volumes and atmosphere of the space. It is simply important to note that the space is 30 m² (323 sq ft). Its layout makes it perfectly suitable for most photoshoots, interviews, and creative projects; however, for larger teams or more extensive setups, it’s important to keep in mind that the space can feel more compact more quickly. This does not prevent projects from running smoothly, but it is something to consider depending on your needs. The bathroom is present but very small and not intended for shooting; however, it can be used as a changing area. The kitchen is also compact and open to the main room: it allows you to make coffee and use essential amenities, but it is not a separate shooting space. Due to the presence of fragile and antique objects, as well as a cat living on site, I am present on the day of the shoot. I welcome you upon arrival, remain available if needed (access to outlets, objects, light assistance, etc.), and then stay very discreet to avoid interfering with your work. My goal is to let you use the space freely while remaining available should you need anything.
