    It’s the best location if you want to have Church, Dance Studio, Warehouse, Living room, Bedrooms… a good combo of all of them and have an amazing parking lot could contain crew with 40 people and probably two truck. Easy to load in and out, nice site rep, and the security is good. The owner Paul and set rep Del are so kind and willing to help to solve with problems!

    I loved this location the private parking you get the amount of space and rooms it has perfect for the project we filmed here ! The person who let us in was super helpful and nice ! Joe was very responsive quickly made sure I was happy with the location and communicated before hand about any changes made to his location before booking was confirmed !

    Great space for multi-purposing a film shoot! The neighborhood is a bit dicey but it's fenced in and the location provides a site rep.
