We are excited to offer our Orcas Island location to your clients for their filming/photography or other needs. Our property artfully highlights everything beautiful & unique about the environment of the lovely Orcas Island. A comfortable mix of modern updates with vintage character help create an inviting space for your commercial use. We offer a comfortable, relaxed style, both inside and outside of the property! Located in the Historic Hamlet of Olga, The Little Stuga provides a quiet, spacious retreat conveniently located within steps of the water, two beaches, and a public dock. The original picture window in the living room gives partial water views so you can watch the ferries go by in the distance. The lofted bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed nook with water views out the picture window. Light-filled interior spaces provide a gorgeous backdrop for any film and photography needs, great for families, groups, or remote work. Moran State Park, Doe Bay, and Mt Constitution are a quick 5 min drive, with Eastsound only 12 min away. There is convenient free parking for 3-4 vehicles right in front of the property for easy access loading/unloading any equipment. Stuga is Swedish for cottage and refers to the many summer cabins that dot Sweden's coastlines, forests and islands and serve as a holiday escape, often hosting their families for celebrations throughout the year. As you'll see, the property is uniquely designed to maximize the sensory experience of the island, by bringing out the natural color palette and aesthetic of the region.
