The studio is nearly 2000 sq ft of creative space and natural light photography studio, in the heart of the downtown Annapolis Arts District. One of the area’s most unique venues, our contemporary space, located in the historic Livery Building, merges past and present with the charm of an historic property, and the open and airy feel of a modern space. Crisp white walls, white distressed wood floors and high ceilings create a backdrop just waiting to be transformed into your vision! Perfect for corporate meetings, workshops, intimate social events, styled shoots, photo and video production and more. Capacity - 70 standing, 45 seated Weekday Rates: $85 per hr Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm w/ a 3hr minimum After 5pm rate is $165 per hr. Weekend Rates: $175 per hr Saturday - Sunday w/ a 4hr minimum 8am to 8pm * Air purifier on-site

    The studio is an excellent location for business or personal events. The decor is beautiful and so elegant. Every aspect of the studio has charm. Heather is very pleasant and helpful and a delight to work with! I would definitely recommend this rental. I plan to lease it again for my next event!
