About the Space
Open-plan, loft-like apartment in the heart of Tribeca. Surrounded by typical NYC cast-iron buildings and modern buildings. Gourmet grocer on ground floor. 100-year old building with gorgeous details in the apartment, like terrazzo floors, Waterworks subway tile bathrooms, elegant and comfortable furnishings with a touch of east-meets-west, big bedrooms, sumptuous TV room, bright and open kitchen, and kids' playroom. Sun blasted south/west exposures (21 windows!), 12-ft ceilings, and beautiful attention to detail throughout. No expense has been spared in decorating for style and comfort.
