This versatile, light-filled Venice space is designed to adapt effortlessly to a wide range of uses—from workshops and off-sites to creative gatherings, wellness events, and photo or video productions. Filled with natural light and finished with a warm, modern aesthetic, the space offers a calm and inviting atmosphere that supports both focused work and relaxed connection. Its open layout allows for easy transformation, whether you’re hosting a structured workshop, an intimate circle, a team brainstorming session, or a social gathering. The space includes a full kitchen and flexible furnishings: 12 folding chairs, 12 backjacks, and 6 yoga mats. It comfortably accommodates up to 25 guests standing or 12–14 guests seated. All furniture is lightweight and easy to rearrange, making it simple to customize the layout for your specific needs. Ideal setups include circle seating for workshops, open space for movement or team off-sites, and casual layouts for meetups or community events. The flow of the room supports both structured programming and more organic, social experiences. It is also well suited for content creation. Natural light fills the space throughout the day, offering a clean, neutral backdrop for photo shoots, filming, interviews, and lifestyle or wellness content. The kitchen adds functionality for food styling, cooking demos, or catering setups.
