About the Space

Our downtown photo studio is created for versatility in photoshoots! Use our brick wall as a blank slate for photographs or use our props to create a living room or cozy office feeling. Perfect for branding, boudoir, couples and family photography. Included in the space is a couch, wooden desk, rug options, stools, chairs and more to create a space that feels inviting and adds dimension and interest to your photos. The three bright windows face East with a view of the clock tower in the Old City Hall Building. A note that we are inside of Sanford and Son Antiques with multiple other amazing small businesses - be kind and courteous to the other business owners when entering and leaving! This link has everything you need to make your rental experience as seamless as possible and is easily shareable with clients! Accessibility: We are located inside Sanford and Son Antique on the second floor. Enter on Broadway and go downstairs to the "Middle Floor Merchants". We are located in the North Hallway in the back left. A lockbox will be available to you for self check in and check out. There are stairs and because it’s an old building, there isn’t an elevator.
