Production Legacy is a flexible, professional-grade production environment tucked onto 12 private acres—ideal for creators and teams who need privacy, control, and space to execute. The reconfigurable interior (movable furniture, basic AV, standard utilities) supports content shoots, rehearsals, small screenings, podcasts/panels, creative workshops, showcases, and “set-like” brand activations. Capacity typically ranges from 30–150 depending on layout, so you can run intimate production sessions or mid-size audiences without changing venues. A two-bedroom attached apartment adds real operational leverage for early call times, multi-day shoots, visiting collaborators, or post-production decompression—turning Legacy into a true work-and-stay asset. Event Legacy functions as a premium, controlled event venue with a “hidden treasure” feel—private, quiet, and built for high-quality experiences rather than high-chaos rentals. Weekend yield can come from private celebrations (birthdays, showers, micro-weddings, graduations, celebrations of life) and curated cultural programming (art exhibitions, photography showcases, artist talks, poetry readings, acoustic listening sessions). If permitted by your rules and regulations, food-focused experiences can include cooking demos, chef pop-ups, caterer showcases, coffee cuppings, and entrepreneurship workshops.
