About the Space

- This space was designed by musicians, photographers and video makers. This space is perfect for Video production ,small and large scale photoshoots, live streaming, music videos, Rehearsal, Pre-production for live events etc. - The indoor space is fully equipped with a large 30x30x14 "black box room" . The 2 side walls are equipped with colored leds to add accent lighting. The room also has overhead dimmable led lighting with detachable soft boxes if needed. - We have a 20 foot wide motorized pipe and drape system that is already outfitted with 14 foot black drape. This can also be used to hang banners, scenery , lighting etc. - The indoor space also has a comfortable 20x20 area with a living room bar feel. This area serves as a comfortable place for clients or talent to relax, get ready or meet. - Our location is extremely easy to load in from. We have a 14 foot roll up door that you will have access to . - There is an outdoor area that can also be utilized for both photo and film - Our bathroom is spacious and includes a makeup station equipped with lighting and everyday essentials that everyone always seems to forget :) - There are plenty of power drops all around the room. We also have a power distro for larger scale productions such as tour prep. - Our site manager will also be in the office, on location throughout your project to ensure that you can get anything you may need. - We offer complementary water and soft drinks to our guests as well.
