About the Space
Originally, our home was an 1897 Victorian with a large detached barn. In 2014, it was fully renovated and a 3+ car garage and pool house were added. The house, attached barn and addition encompass 6,400 square feet. The first floor holds a 60' x 25' open expanse containing the foyer, gourmet kitchen and living room. Off the foyer is a 12' x 17' music room featuring original barn wood walls. The second floor includes four good sized bedrooms plus a huge master bedroom which comprises the full second floor of the barn. The master bathroom suite occupies the entire area over the 3+ car garage and includes a fully tiled wet room containing a large soaking tub and 14 head shower with bench. The heated indoor swimming pool is located in a gorgeous attached pool house with stone walls, large full windows and access to the beautiful patio. The backyard is professionally landscaped and includes both propane and wood fire pits, a lighted pergola and waterfall.
