Our theater room has ranch-style windows to let the light pour in, and expansive seating options, making it a perfect place for presentations and meetings. Comfortable for 16-20 seated, we encourage you to enjoy a lunch break in one of the many restaurants downstairs in the retail space below, or reserve our club room (additional fee) to have catering brought in. There is also a built in mini refrigerator in the cabinets that can be used to keep any small snacks and beverages chilled. There is a conference room that may be reserved for an additional fee if you'd like a break out space. This space is located inside of a residential apartment home community and you'll enjoy custom Chihuly glass sculptures in the lobby, as well as an upscale and homey feel. *This space is also great for corporate events, film shoots, meetings, parties, photo shoots, retreats, workshops, and more.
