Modern ranch in the desert on 5 acres, surrounded by hundreds of acres of BLM land. 8 minutes to Yucca Valley, 20 minutes to Joshua Tree and 30 minutes to Palm Springs. Neutral basketball court. Bathroom, basketballs, pickleball net, pickleball equipment all included as well as use of antique gypsy wagon featured in The Terminator, Die Hard, Hurt Locker and several other movies (some terms apply for the use or the wagon). No parties or smoking.
