About the Space
The house is located next to Chatsworth Park in the city of Chatsworth. I am renting out all the backyard space which is pretty huge. It has an RV If car entrance. The inside will not be used at the moment for any filming strictly I am only marketing the backyard and front yard only the landscape area to be used and rented out for now. There’s lots of privacy and trees here. The neighbors are sort of far away about 100 or more feet away. The landscape is fairly new. There’s a gorgeous lawn and will manicure trees and large concrete area for many cars.
