The over 3.5 acres of waterfront property makes a wonderful setting for any gathering, party, photo shoot, filming or special event. The 1926 clubhouse on the property resembles a large two-story lodge that includes a Grand Hall, Game Room, Beer Hall, Beer Garden, and Creekside Garden. Total building square footage is over 8,000 with a maximum capacity of 192 people. Over 60 cars can be parked on our grassy field parking area. Our historic two-story 3,000 sq. ft. Grand Hall seats up to 149 guests with a large dining room decorated in authentic old European charm, including an extra large, old fashioned fireplace and decadent chandelier. There is also a hardwood dance floor and a performance space for a live band or DJ. We make tables and chairs available onsite for our guests to use during their events. Prices and availability may vary depending on the activities of the club. Also, our amazing chef is available to cook on site if needed. We are extremely friendly and accommodating.
