This is a fully functioning Brewery and taproom featuring a 3000 sq ft brew house with large walk in cold box and a 3000 sq ft tap room with a 100 person capacity. All brewing equipment is working and typically in use, including 6 20 BBL fermentation tanks. The taproom has a modern casual boho chic feel featuring a long bar, 30+ taps, couches, picnic tables, kids area, high top and low top tables and bathrooms. There is an outside deck with shade and seating. There is also a lower patio area with couches, fire pits and picnic tables.
