About the Space

Our location is an Art Center located near Downtown LA, in Chinatown. Our typical use for the space is an Art Center with a classroom/ gallery in the front 900 sq feet. This is the area available for rental. We have a communal workshop with tools and equipment for fabrication, and 8 private studios that range from 100 sq ft to 150 sq ft. The space has a kitchenette and bathroom as well. Our other amenities include skylights, AC, and access to a 500 sq ft alleyway. We look forward to hosting you in our space! Reach out for more info!
