This one-of-a-kind six-building complex is a film production dream, offering a diverse range of settings that can be rented as a whole to bring any creative vision to life. Each building has at least one large loading door and most are accessible from the street. A gated on-site parking lot can hold up to 15 cars, but there is plenty of street parking available in this industrial neighborhood of Los Angeles. You are 5-10 min from the arts district which offers a huge selection of restaurants and coffee shops. The entire neighborhood around the complex has lots of warehouses covered with murals and is located on a street with very little traffic. There are about 23.000 sq ft of indoor spaces on 35.000 sq ft of land.
