About the Space
Large 1920s farmhouse sits on 13 acres on the Saluda River in the foothills of upstate South Carolina. A circular drive partially lined with pecan trees brings you around to the back of the house. You pass 2 old wooden barns on the route. Wood posted fence with barbwire borders our property line. Half of our acreage is manicured lawn and a sprinkle of mature trees. Half of our acreage is wooded near the river. Another large farmhouse sits near the river but is dilapidated and almost fully covered by vegetation. By the house and watershed, a grave dated 1813 sits underneath an old pecan tree.
