1867 two-storey farm house on 3 acres of land. Beautiful landscaping with large trees, flowers, and lots of lawn. Peaceful country setting. Exterior and interior are largely faithful to the 19th century Pennsylvania country living style. Clean, neat, comfortable. Interior is light-filled, largely cream-colored decoration scheme on walls and floors. All windows have window treatments, some lace curtains, some blinds. Large unfinished attic. Basement is largely unfinished, with original log floor beams. Corn field across the street. Property surrounded by fir trees, several large maple trees on property. Two out buildings - a shed and a pole barn. All are finished the same - green metal roof, white siding.
