This backyard sits right on the lake and has an easy, relaxing feel from the moment you step outside. In the summer, the yard turns almost tropical — bright greens, big leafy plants, and warm sunlight reflecting off the water. In the fall, the whole scene shifts as the trees around the lake start changing color, giving the space a completely different kind of beauty. There’s plenty of open lawn for setups, two lakeside docks, and a paddle boat guests can use if it fits the shoot or event. Multiple shaded seating areas, small decks, and cozy corners along the water make it simple to create different looks or breakout spots. It’s a calm, spacious setting that works well for productions, small gatherings, lifestyle shoots, interviews, or any event up to 30 people. Note: Additional parking is available less than a mile away at a nearby church, with a small fee based on the number of cars.
