BURN IT - BLOW IT UP - KNOCK IT DOWN - BULLDOZE IT! PRIVATE - LAST HOUSE ON A DEAD END STREET W/ PRIVACY/PARKING AND NO PEOPLE! A frame style house purchased years ago (hasn't had any work done to it. Eventually we hope to build dream house). Set on a unique and highly sought after double lot at the tip of a peninsula surrounded by 3 sides of water. Plenty of parking - located steps from our 2 other lake properties we own on this same peninsula allowing you to have countless backdrops mere steps from other properties. All have different "feel" and "genres" or time period/s. These year round lake properties have everything you need (if WE don't have it we can most likely get it or find it for you) Winter offers - ice skating, ice fishing, snowmobiling (trails from the house to Canada) to the Summer - beach, BBQ and boating (we've got lots of toys, paddleboards, sailboats, hobie craft, row boats, small outboard engine boats and we also own a beautiful 26 foot ski boat on a lift kit). And the spring and fall brings beautiful leaf colors and changes... We are on the MA/NH line and just minutes away is a huge Fireworks company should you need pyrotechnics. This property is very unique being located on a dead end private way. There are few people on the street - we have secure flat parking for several dozen vehicles (and no neighbors on one side and our inlaws across the street not an issue) - Wifi also available.
