OCEAN FRONT HOME ON LAIE POINT - Every room has floor to ceiling windows facing spectacular ocean waves. Wrap-around deck has open space for dining, or just relaxing to the sights and sounds of the ocean (Laie Bay). Winter brings added enjoyment with views of magnificent waves splashing over Pulemoku and other tiny ocean islands, Hukilau Beach, and whales in the distance. Private driveway from Naupaka St. to large yard; rock wall gives separation from neighbors. Beach access path is directly across the street. Constructed 1991, shows wear and tear in floors and doors. Mostly lava rock cliff location 30 feet above sea level and 50 feet from ocean edge. 1,000 feet from cliff jumping scene in the movie "Forgetting Sarah Marshall."
