Orange grove, Hair & Make-up Salon with attached crew bathroom. Production insurance required!! This is a private residence with a large Mediterranean style garden & outdoor area. Make-up salon & small bathroom are included in rental. Interior of the home is NOT part of Grounds/ Exterior rental. Interior of the home is only available as an "add on" for additional fee when renting the exterior. (currently NOT available.) 20"x 20"Photo studio. Ask about availability. This property is on a septic system. Crews of 12 or larger will require additional Daily septic pumping fee. Pool can be heated. Fee to heat pool varies by time of year. Please read all ADD ON before booking. Some Add-ons are required for crew of 12 or larger. Nudity okay, but not pornography. Please read all rules before booking. Weekends and after 10:00pm shooting is available at higher rate per hour. Giggster platform does not support rate change for different days/late hours. Please message me for weekend price structure.
