This house is AMAZING and so stunning. So versatile - from the backyard space to the kitchen to the living room, and the front yard. I've used this location 4 times for all different types of projects (video + photo). This is a great spot that is super accessible with a plenty of parking. Christiana is so kind, very communicative and a great host. I always seem to go back here because of how amazing the experience is.

This two story Jugendstil Villa is one of a kind treasure in Pacific Beach. Located a few blocks away from the beach. It is very light and bright on the inside with 2 large pocket doors towards the back yard. The rooms have high ceilings with crown molding and a wide open floor plan, beautiful hard wood floors, a large kitchen with a large island, large fire place, a pool and a guest suite (excluded from contract) in the back. It has beautiful ocean views from the large roof deck. Overall it has 2 offices, 4 bedrooms that would be included in the contract. Guest House would be an extra charge. This location would be perfect for film making, photo shoots, lifestyle shoots, magazine shoots, kitchen shoots, filmed interviews, commercials and more!
