About the Space

The space was recently renovated and has amazing light, beautiful plants and wall mural, and is a very open with little permanent furniture, making it an ideal rental space. The indoor space is separated into two areas; the front space includes frosted windows for privacy, sky lights and a large open area, the back area includes a prep space, kitchenette, bathroom and private office. The two areas are separated by french doors. There is also a small outdoor garden area in the back. There is readily available street parking around the space. Note that we can only accept bookings from business entities that carry their own liability insurance. They must be willing to add "The People Place" to their insurance policy for the during of their booking.
