About the Space

This intimate design studio features a 1500 Sq Feet open loft atmosphere with high ceilings and lots of natural light. Warm (2700K) lighting throughout is fully dimmable creating the perfect ambiance for daytime or evening gatherings. The open kitchen houses a moveable table for dining or staging food, open to the living/lounge area and dining/meeting room. The upstairs loft overlooks the kitchen and living/lounge area and provides flexible space for meetings, workstations, or can be cleared out for open floor space. A private bedroom/office at the back of the upstairs loft has a queen murphy bed, desks and a small meeting table with sliding glass doors and sheer curtains. This space offers 2 full bathrooms and wardrobe changing area. The Studio is ideal for photoshoots, film and TV shoots, intimate gatherings, seminars, training classes, business meetings, holiday parties, birthday parties, baby shower, bridal shower, wine tastings, music release, campaign events, and so much more.
