Our modern and versatile space is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, making it the perfect place to host everything from corporate functions to weddings and everything in between. Our hourly rates are good for: - Paint session - Photoshoots (bringing own equipment), - Workout sessions - Dance Rehersals/ Dance classes - Music Rehersals Our Package Rates are ideal for: -Gender Reveals - Baby Showers - Book signing - Showcases - Recitals -Birthday Parties -Engagment Parties/ Anniversaries We provide 8- 60 in round tables, 2- 6 ft tables & 90 Chiavari chairs that will compliment any decor you may have. Max Occupancy is 90. We have unique lighting features and state of the art sound equipment that allows convenience to any DJ that you book. There are 3 private stall bathrooms, eliminating long bathroom lines We also include access to the Kitchenette area. The kitchenette provides ample counter space, refrigerator and microwave. Access to the ice machine can be added for a fee.
