Design studio office with incredible natural light. Windows face west with no obstruction for the light to pour in. Multiple possible vignettes for a photoshoot. Small kitchenette and washroom in studio space are available for use. Lots of street parking is available around the building. The space is also available to rent for meetings. Space behind curtains, and garage door are off-limits. The studio is monitored with a video camera. Damages (break, stain, damage, rip, etc...) will incur repair or replacement fees as deemed necessary by owner. Break-it you buy-it, fair is fair. As long as you respect the space and the items within, we will be all set! Waiver of Liability: By booking this studio, the renter does so at the renter's risk, and the Studio will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss or injury to the renter, their party or possessions on site. ___ Studio de design avec une lumière naturelle incroyable. Les fenêtres font face à l'ouest sans aucune obstruction pour que la lumière puisse entrer. Une petite cuisinette et une toilette dans l'espace studio sont disponibles.
