About the Space

Welcome to our beautifully decorated suburban home located just 10-15 minutes away from Louisville's Historic Kentucky Derby Museum, Churchill Downs Racing Complex, and the Speed Art Museum just to name a few. We hope the tasteful design aesthetic of our home will inspire you to create captivating photos amidst the immense natural light that expands and fills the front room from corner to corner. There is also a screened in front porch which boasts eight 5' foot windows and allows for even more natural lighting to be easily achieved. With multi-functioning rooms our 806 sq ft space is ideal for team meetings, small conferences, content creators, product launches, intimate dinners, photo shoots, chefs, productions, and so much more! If you have a project idea that you don't see listed here, please let us know! We are open and happy to see how we can accommodate your vision and bring it to life! Features: -Fully functional kitchen -Decorated girls room for photo shoots or film -Lower level finished basement room with sofa, 55 inch flat screened TV, and small fridge stocked with water bottles and juice beverages (this area can serve as a breakout area, changing area, rest area in between photo shoots or filming). There is a full bathroom on the main floor and there will always be an assistant on-site to help you navigate the property and ensure all of your needs are met.
