About the Space
Welcome to a private Bel-Air poolside location with an infinity pool, infinity jacuzzi, and sweeping views over the Moraga Vineyard, West LA, and the ocean. Located near the Getty Center at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this space gives productions and guests a clean, elevated, resort-like backdrop without leaving Los Angeles. The property is ideal for photo shoots, video shoots, music videos, branded content, interviews, commercials, social media content, small productions, meetings, and approved private gatherings. The pool deck offers open sightlines, strong natural light, and multiple camera-friendly angles, especially during golden hour and sunset. Guests also have access to a furnished guest house with Wi-Fi, which works well as a green room, hair/makeup area, wardrobe space, talent holding, or a private place to reset between takes. Street parking is convenient, with multiple available spaces and easy load-in/load-out near the entrance. The neighborhood is quiet and private, making it a great fit for professional crews and curated small gatherings. We are open to a range of professional uses, including filming, photo shoots, content creation, brand shoots, lifestyle shoots, interviews, meetings, and intimate gatherings. Such an excellent location, the view you get is nothing short of stunning. The pool deck is quite spacious, allows a lot of room for equipment staging and set up. There's street parking available right in front of the property for easy load in/out, and also you have access to an indoor pool house which is great for changing and bathroom use. Just an absolutely lovely space, Aaron and company are so friendly and accommodating, they go out of their way to make booking with them such a smooth ordeal. If you're in the market for a pool space or something with a hillside view, I would definitely recommend this location!

This location was amazing! The view was incredible and the owner was more than hospitable. Parking was very convenient it was feet from the entrance of the house and more than enough. My crew were very delighted in the welcoming attitude and space to enjoy ourselves between takes. Azita was very patient through the booking process and very welcoming throughout our use of the space. Highly recommend this space if you are looking for a great experience! Will definitely use this location again for future shoots!

Aaron, and the property manager were great hosts, who were very kind and accommodating. Aaron’s communication was fluid and quick. The view is breathtaking and spacious. There is also an additional room which is great for green space.

Such a beautiful location! Great for our music video shoot. Keep in mind that this location is just the pool deck area (not inside the house) which was great for us. Also there’s a lower deck room that was perfect for the green room for our talent and hair and makeup.

This location was amazing to say the least! The view was incredible and the owner was more than hospitable. Parking was an A+ as it was feet from the entrance of the house and more than enough. My crew were very delighted in the welcoming attitude and space to enjoy ourselves between takes. Aside from airplanes flying overhead every now and then (shooting outdoors in LA you will get this no matter what), this place is perfect. It's rare to say this but being in the location, the visuals far exceed what you see in pictures. Would recommend.

The infinity pool looks magnificent in person and even better on camera. Add to that the incredible view of West LA, with the Ocean and the Getty as the cherry on top. It was perfect and exactly what we needed for our production. Azita was great to work with and always available when we needed something. Thank you so much Azita! Next time I need a pool with a view, I know exactly where to book.
