About the Space

The facility is a multi-use performance space housed in an open layout warehouse 93ft long 48ft wide. The venue front of house is comprised of an open lobby equipped with hospitality and staff support spaces. The main performance space occupies the majority of the venue and features a full rep lighting plot, substantial audio support, and a variety of scenic/performer rigging points and automation. The building is a former loading facility for the Old Dutch Mustard Company. It has preserved both the space’s unobstructed dimensions (24’ high ceilings and 50’ x 100’ footprint) and physical character (exposed cinder block walls and steel I-Beams and a street-level loading gate). Our brightly colored 50’x50’ internal space can be used as an acrobatic and aerial training/rehearsal space or performance venue; a set for film, TV or photo shoots; or transformed into your own unique venue for any celebration or event!
