This expansive 10,000 sq ft industrial-style production space offers a versatile blank canvas ideal for photo shoots, film productions, commercials, music videos, branded content, events, and creative builds. The studio features beautiful natural light from oversized factory windows, exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, and 15’ ceilings that give the space an authentic warehouse aesthetic with flexibility for a wide range of productions. The space includes a 28’ x 14’ one-wall cyc, dedicated hair and makeup room, wardrobe room, full kitchen access, HVAC, WiFi, ground-level load-in access, and ample power capabilities including dual 3-phase 200amp camlock connections and 200amp general house power.
