Dance and Visual arts Studio, works amazing for Yoga, Dance, and Theatre teaching artists as well as for any upcoming event! For example, birthdays, business meetings, and after parties to name a few. High vaulted ceilings with beautiful natural light, and an inviting lobby and reception area. 2 state of the arts studios with sound proof walls, and a roll up garage door for plenty of adequate ventilation. Down stairs studio includes an Alkaline water dispenser, two gender neutral bathrooms(ADA) wheel chair accessible, air conditioning for both levels, while upstairs studio has a keyboard, background and lighting set up for self tapes, and zoom classroom setup. Small outdoor patio for dining(canopy is available for rental). Both studios are equipped with professional sprung dance floors, ballet barres, and mirrors perfect for dance, yoga, stretch, theatre, and/or voice classes for all ages, abilities and backgrounds! Maraya Performing Arts is truly a space for EVERYONE! Please note that the published rate and minimum # of hours to book are flexible and it depends on the type of event, days of the week, timings & number of guests.
