About the Space

A distinctive motorcycle workshop and community lounge with an authentic industrial feel, flexible open layout, and plenty of visual character. The space is well suited for private events, corporate gatherings, workshops, networking events, group meetups, product launches, photoshoots, interviews, commercials, music videos, and automotive or motorcycle-related productions. The main shop area features motorcycles, workbenches, lifts, tools, and genuine workshop details that create a unique backdrop for photography and video. The open floor plan can accommodate event seating, displays, production equipment, demonstrations, or standing receptions. Motorcycles and shop equipment may be repositioned or restricted depending on the booking and should be discussed in advance. An adjoining lounge provides a comfortable area for guests, talent, crew, meetings, meals, or breakout sessions. Amenities include lounge seating, movable tables and chairs, Wi-Fi, a projector and large screen, a sound system, games, and restroom access. The shop and lounge can be used together to create separate zones for gathering, presenting, dining, working, shooting, or staging equipment. As an active motorcycle workshop, the space offers a genuine character that feels welcoming, creative, and different from a traditional event venue or staged studio. The venue is located at street level with no stairs required to enter the main space. Vehicles, production equipment, displays, and larger items can be loaded and unloaded directly inside the shop when arranged in advance. Street parking is available for approximately 20 vehicles directly in front of the venue, with additional street parking around the corner. Dedicated on-site parking may also be available for special events, vendors, production vehicles, or equipment loading when arranged in advance. Outside catering is welcome. Smoking, vaping, open flames, burnouts, unnecessary engine revving, and unauthorized operation of motorcycles, tools, lifts, or machinery are not permitted.
