About the Space

Welcome to our spacious studio designed for movement, creativity, and connection. With over 2,000 sqft of thoughtfully designed space, our venue offers two fully equipped studio spaces plus a comfortable lounge area. The main studio features a large open-concept layout with mirrors, sound system, and customizable mood lighting to suit any vibe. A second, fully enclosed studio provides a more private setting, also complete with mirrors, lighting, and sound. This garage space is best for focused rehearsals, smaller group sessions, or workshops requiring full darkness. Guests also have access to a lounge area equipped with lockers, a water fountain, kitchenette, and seating - perfect for breaks, prep time, or socializing between sessions. Our space is ideal for dance and movement classes, yoga, meditation, breath work, rehearsals, and workshops of all kinds. Hourly rentals of each individual studio space are available, please message to inquire. Please read all of the information below before making a booking request: - Our studio is not wheelchair accessible at this time due to the presence of stairs leading up to the venue. We understand the importance of providing an inclusive environment and we deeply regret any limitations the building may pose. If you have any specific accessibility concerns or questions, please reach out to us and we can arrange assistance to the best of our abilities. - 1-3 private parking spots can be arranged and added to your booking for an extra charge. There is also ample street parking around the studio. - Rental of specialty lighting, sound equipment or extra chairs can be arranged for your event. - We may request that you obtain and provide proof of event insurance. - We aim to be a financially accessible venue, especially for the members of the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, along with artists or people facing significant financial barriers.
