**Indie Bookstore and Community Space** **Location:** Milwaukie, OR **Overview:** Our bookshop is a charming independent bookstore in historic downtown Milwaukie, a suburb of Portland, Oregon. Our shop exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, with a cozy interior featuring bright murals and authentic quirky character. **Exterior:** The bookstore's bright storefront faces a charming walking district. Our exterior features a hand-painted sign, and the entrance is framed by potted plants and a welcoming doormat. **Interior:** Many of the store's fixtures are on wheels, making it easy to rearrange the space to fit your needs. Bright shelves, comfortable seating areas, and warm lighting create an intimate space for browsing and reading. The main fiction section can comfortably seat 20-25, and our children's section can fit another 10. Utilizing the entire space, we can host 30 people very comfortably, and 40-50 people at full capacity. In addition to the sales floor and restroom, we have a backroom that can be used for makeup/wardrobe. **Ambiance:** Our bookshop offers a relaxed, community-centric atmosphere.
